Fit & Healthy Business provide all clients with complimentary online booking to ensure we remove the logistical pressure that co-ordinating health assessments can cause and further sustain employee health and wellbeing by providing everyone with free access to Fit & Healthy You, our online health and wellbeing program (valued at $69.95pp pa). Now your staff can monitor their health, obtain targetted and customised dietitian eating plans, customised training programs, energy calculators, food diaries, health intervention, monthly e-newsletters and much more.
Fit & Healthy Business is committed to providing you with a swift and efficient service and will contact you within 24 hours of notification of your need to conduct health assessments, confirming your preferred health check timetable immediately.
